Scope/description

-	This ~~Technical Specification provides guidelines on characterization~~ of carbon ~~nanotube suspension in liquid. It includes~~ (1) the ~~properties of the nanosuspension~~ and ~~relevant fundamental~~ characteristics of ~~carbon nanotubes~~, ~~and (2)~~ the measurement ~~methods for determination of these properties~~.	+	This document specifies the characteristics to be measured of suspensions containing multi-walled carbon nanotubes (CNT suspensions). It includes the essential and additional characteristics of the CNT suspension, and the corresponding measurement methods.
