This document will help to improve the reproducibility and accuracy of toxicity assessment of nanomaterials when using early life stage zebrafish. This technical specification will include information on the importance for acellular chorion removal, detailed chorion removal procedures, and a complete protocol for in vivo toxicity assessment of nanomaterials using dechorionated zebrafish embryos. In addition, this technical specification will be a complement to the work of the OECD WPMN and other relative framework documents. |
